The property seemed fairly clean and the room was updated and fancy. All the staff were extremely gracious, courteous. The breakfast was very good with a comfortable atmosphere and fruit, as example and had something for everyone.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel location relative to the Alhambra was very good -- a short walk away (although uphill). The room was clean and comfortable, with a small enclosed balcony overlooking the street - but reasonably quiet. Short walk to airport bus stop (3 Euros each way)
No dislikes....nice little hotel

perfect stay. every penny i spent on the hotel was worth it. I even thought money I paid was too low compare to the services and facilities of other hotels I used during my visit in Spain, I decided to use hotel fridge service (which is 4 times more expensive than out side super market :) Location is perfect only 10 minutes walk to Alhambra, and 5minutes walks to citycenter. there great kebab house right down the street. Coffee and tea was serviced for free 24 hours. bed sheets, towels are clean.
well.... nothing much. If I really have to right something.... bathroom sink is a little small. i dunno. nothing much...... hmmm.... ah! no elevator from 3rd to 4th floor. thats's only if you are staying on the very top floor Alhambra view room, which i strongly recommand!! Perfect view!

Lovely hotel with a fantastic rooftop terrace. Spacious rooms with unique decor and very comfortable bedding. Enjoyed a good breakfast with a variety of options, although it could be more consistently replenished. The location is superb for sightseeing, just a short uphill walk to the Alhambra and surrounded by great restaurants. Some from the street noise made it hard to sleep with the balcony doors open at times. The lack of a pool might be disappointing for some travelers, too. A nice stay in a charming neighborhood.

Our stay was primarily to explore the Alhambra, which was conveniently just a short walk away. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the Alhambra while we enjoyed our meals and drinks. The breakfasts were excellent, with a variety of options to fuel our adventures. The cozy room featured a fantastic shower.

The location of the hotel is great for visiting the Alhambra. It is also very close to restaurants and shopping. The patio is a good place for a retreat from the many crowds of tourists in the area.
You have to park several miles away and take a taxi or bus to the hotel.

The room is modern and functional, comes with three windows looking over all Granada, nonfunctional air conditioning, for instance...
